Mohd Zubair

Designer, XR Developer, Mechanical Engineer

Hi! I’m Mohd Zubair.

I am a Ph.D. scholar in the Department of Human-Centered Design at IIIT Delhi, in the Creative Interfaces Lab, supervised by Professor Anmol Srivastava. My research lies at the intersection of Tangible User Interfaces (TUI), Extended Reality (XR - AR/VR/MR), and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to make CAD and education easier to use and understand.

I received my M.E. in CAD (Mechanical Engineering) and B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Chandigarh University. During my master’s thesis, I worked on “Alteration of Aesthetic Properties of CAD Models Using Virtual Reality Technology.” I received an academic scholarship from the university for my master’s degree.
